メイク落とし−メイクの後のスキンケア(4)

メイクの落とし方は、一歩間違えば逆に肌を痛めてしまいかねません。

けしてごしごしとこすらずに、丁寧に落としていくことが大切です。


メイクを落とすにはクレンジング剤を使います。水性、油性と種類がありますが、メイクの量などによって使い分けましょう。

しっかりメイクを落とすには、オイルクレンジング剤が適当です。
クレンジング剤は手のひらでゆっくり混ぜて温めてから使うと効果的。


洗い流したら、洗顔料で落としきれなかった汚れをしっかり除去しましょう。
また、ウオータープルーフマスカラなど、落としにくいアイメイクには、アイメイク専用のリムーバーを使うことをおすすめします。

傷つきやすい目のまわりの皮膚やまつ毛を傷めることなく、メイクをオフできますよ。
